1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of inculcate.in, in.culcate Studios, our waitlist, websites, applications, AI story creation tools, and related services provided by Error6o6 Technologies.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, school, classroom, family, or child, you represent that you have authority and all required permissions to do so.

2. What in.culcate Studios does
in.culcate Studios helps users create kid-friendly stories and similar creative content, including story seeds, characters, episodes, translations, illustrations, audio, video, and related creative assets. Some features may use artificial intelligence, Google OAuth, GitHub integrations, and third-party infrastructure providers.
The service is evolving. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or waitlist features, at any time.
3. Eligibility and child use
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service. Children may use the service only with supervision and consent from a parent, guardian, teacher, school, or other authorized adult.
Adults are responsible for the prompts, personalization details, and files they submit about children and for reviewing generated content before showing it to a child. Do not submit sensitive information about a child unless you have the required authority and it is necessary for the requested feature.
4. Accounts and integrations
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- If you connect Google, GitHub, or another third-party account, you authorize us to access and process only the data needed to provide the requested integration features.
- You can revoke Google, GitHub, or other third-party access through those services. Some features may stop working after revocation.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
5. User content and generated content
You retain any rights you have in prompts, files, references, story ideas, and other content you submit to the service. You grant Error6o6 Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and create outputs from that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Subject to applicable law, third-party provider terms, and these terms, you may use generated story outputs for your personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking whether generated content is accurate, appropriate, original, lawful, and safe for your intended audience.
AI outputs may be similar across users, may contain errors, and may not be unique. We do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, copyrightability, factual accuracy, or fitness for a specific use.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service or use it to create, upload, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
- Do not submit or generate sexual, exploitative, grooming, abusive, or unsafe content involving minors.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information about children unless you have proper consent and the information is necessary for the requested feature.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
- Do not impersonate others, mislead users about generated content, or create deceptive deepfakes or fraudulent materials.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety controls, abuse rate limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or interfere with service security.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, credentials, secrets, or content that you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use the service for regulated professional advice, emergency services, or decisions that require expert human judgment.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information, including Google OAuth data, GitHub integration data, and child-related story personalization data. By using the service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments and beta access
Some services may be free, waitlisted, beta, or paid. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellation terms will be provided at or before purchase. Beta services may be unstable, incomplete, or changed without notice.
9. Intellectual property
The service, website, software, designs, branding, logos, documentation, and other materials provided by Error6o6 Technologies are owned by Error6o6 Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our branding or underlying technology except as needed to use the service.
Feedback is voluntary. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
10. Safety review and content moderation
We may review, block, remove, or refuse content or account activity that appears to violate these terms, safety rules, law, third-party rights, or child-safety expectations. We may also suspend or terminate access to protect users, children, the public, third-party services, or Error6o6 Technologies.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Error6o6 Technologies disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
Generated content is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether content is suitable for children, educational settings, publication, or commercial use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Error6o6 Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, goodwill, business interruption, or unauthorized access arising from or related to the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, misuse integrations, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will provide notice when required. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
