4. Google API data and OAuth disclosures
If you choose to connect a Google account, we request only the OAuth scopes needed for the feature you are using. We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, such as sign-in, account identification, support, or an authorized workspace integration.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you ask us for support, we need to investigate abuse or security issues, we must comply with law, or the data has been aggregated or de-identified.
You can revoke Google OAuth access from your Google Account permissions page. You may also contact us to request deletion of Google user data stored by in.culcate Studios.
5. Children and family content
The service is designed to support kid-friendly storytelling, but accounts should be created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 or the relevant age of digital consent in their location without appropriate consent.
Parents, guardians, schools, and educators are responsible for choosing what child information is entered into the service and for reviewing generated content before sharing it with a child. If you believe a child provided personal information without proper consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
6. AI processing and service providers
To provide story generation, visual generation, narration, translation, hosting, analytics, authentication, support, and security features, we may process information through trusted service providers. These providers are allowed to process information only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
AI-generated content can be unpredictable. We use safety and moderation practices, but users should review content before relying on it or sharing it with children.

- With your consent or at your direction.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Story content, generated assets, and integration data may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
